Hi, I’m Tiara Nikolaidis.
I started Naturally Granola with €100 and a recipe I believed in.
Ten years later, I’ve built a premium food brand that’s opened doors to meetings with companies like Netflix, KLM, Booking.com, and the Waldorf Astoria — and partnered with a 3-star Michelin chef to launch a granola collection together.
I did it without investors, without fluff, and without pretending to have it all figured out. Just focus, great taste, and a brand that stood out.
Now? I help other food founders do the same. Whether you're just starting or ready to break through to the next level, I’m here to ignite clarity, confidence, and momentum.
I don’t believe in rules or cookie-cutter formulas. I believe in taste, timing, and the power of knowing exactly who you are — and why your product deserves to be on the shelf.
My Approach
Lets start with a conversation.
Before I take on any new clients, I always begin with a introductory call. No pressure, no pitching — just space to get to know each other.
You’ll tell me a bit about your business and the challenges you’re facing. I’ll share more about my background and how I might be able to help.
If it feels like the right fit on both sides, I’ll follow up with a tailored proposal: exactly what I can offer, what you can expect from me, and how we can move forward.
Why I do this work
Naturally Granola wasn’t part of the plan.
It started as a side project in my second year of university. But over time, it became a real company — and eventually a premium brand with collaborations, high-end clients, and lessons I never saw coming.
Now, I help food founders do what I wish someone had helped me do:
Avoid the costly mistakes.
See your brand with fresh eyes.
Get unstuck — and start growing with intention again.
Whether you're just starting or sitting on something special that deserves more momentum, I’m here to help you build it — on your terms.
It’s in my blood
Literally. I come from a family of food entrepreneurs — over 8 restaurants across generations. I grew up at the table, where everything happened around good food. It shaped how I see the world, and how I build brands.
